Shipping Policy

We will deliver the ordered products to the address you provide when ordering, viaPurolator Orcanada post (Canada Post will be at your request, if you are in a remote area or another country). It is therefore important to make sure you enter this correctly, and don't forget to enter the delivery instructions if applicable or your apartment number.

Once you have your tracking number, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for tracking your package and checking its status. For example, if you know that your package was supposed to arrive yesterday and you still haven't received it, do your checks in case the shipping company asks you for special instructions. For example, an instruction to pick it up from an address.

Each delivery has a tracking number and insurance in the event of breakage or loss of the package. (INSURANCE IS ONLY APPLIED WHEN THERE IS A SIGNATURE).
If your item is broken, you must have photo proof.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO TAKE DELIVERY WITHOUT SIGNATURE, in the event of absence at your home, the delivery company may leave the package in front of your door at your own risk. If your package is stolen or damaged, any defect in delivery cannot result in the liability of the painter Stéphanie Leblanc for any harm or damage, direct or indirect, that you may suffer.

WHEN YOU REQUEST DELIVERY WITH SIGNATURE in order to benefit from the insurance, in case of absence at your home, the delivery company can leave instructions on paper or on their website with a pickup location and a number of days to collect it. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for picking up your package during the company's deadlines and opening hours. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS NOT CLAIMED, YOUR PACKAGE WILL RETURN TO THE ARTIST AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING COSTS AGAIN.

For small items, if you choose free delivery by standard Canada Post (envelope with a stamp) you will not have any tracking number nor insurance with the same conditions as the point above.

Finally, to avoid any problems, it is wiser for you to choose delivery with insurance and signature.

Plan the production time for your order prior to your delivery. We are in no way responsible for customs fees and other taxes in force in your country!

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the description of the products, the price and all billing details and, where applicable, for correcting any error or inaccuracy. If it is impossible for you to do so, you must promptly notify the artist by email at sleblanc.peintre@hotmail.com.

When you purchase, you guarantee the accuracy of your information in order to carry out billing and delivery. You also guarantee that you are the legal holder of the credit card in order to make your purchases. No minor children are allowed to make purchases.

Delivery with Purolator in Quebec is usually within 1 day. By standard Canada Post, delays are unpredictable.

Once your order has been shipped, the sale is final, no returns or exchanges.

*** For customers in Gatineau, it is possible to pick up your order near me and save delivery costs, simply chat privately with me to establish a specific day and time.

In addition, since I live in Gatineau, If I have planned to go out and you are on my way or a short detour, I can happily offer to deliver to your home and thus save your delivery costs. I do not travel and I do not make any deliveries on request. This privilege is offered only under my conditions and when it is possible for me to do so. If there are several friends ordering at the same time and you would like me to deliver to a designated person, I only deliver when all orders are ready, I do not travel for each completed item. If I offer or agree to deliver to your home, it is a gift from me and not an obligation for future times.

It is my pleasure to make arrangements with you, when possible, for you help save money (delivery costs) but only when it is not harmful to my time andfinancially for me.

No order will be delivered withoutbe paid in full.
